Our board is responsible for the stewardship and oversight of Transformations within America. Every board member is an experienced volunteer that brings a plethora of skills, experience and expertise.
Enzo Racca
Chief Executive Officer
Enzo is the CEO and planter of Transformations USA. He had a radical life changing encounter with God in a prison cell. This encounter has propelled Enzo into his hunger and search for God while understanding the freedom from addiction found in the Power of the Holy Spirit . After completing a similar Therapeutic Community in his own journey, Enzo graduated as the President of the Class of 2019 from Northpoint Bible College with a dual degree in Pastoral Ministries & Biblical Studies. Being developed with an entrepreneurial background, Enzo has worked on various projects helping ministries around America build and develop their programs. His belief in the Holistic approach to recovery and healing along side with the spiritual component has made him well rounded in being able to help others find true Freedom.
Chandré Racca
Executive Assistant
Chandré, an immigrant from Australia, had previously served alongside the Founder of Transformations Program.
Feeling a strong call of God into ministry, she came to the United States to be equipped for the full-time ministry. In 2018, Chandré graduated from River University in Tampa Florida. Alongside being a credentialed Minister and Evangelist, Chandré has years of experience working in the Health Care industry. Serving as Executive Assistant and Clinical Liaison, Chandré is experienced in client/patient care coordination, streamlining care management from acute to post-acute settings and has exceptional relationship building skills between partners and agency.
Her passion is to see this faith-based program alongside a holistic, proven framework change lives, one person at a time.
